Larissa Kolesnikova is a seasoned art advisor and independent curator who works globally, focusing on the Middle East and the United States. As principal and founder of Perception Fine Art Consulting (established in Dubai in 2006), Larissa consulted private collectors and institutions on collecting strategy, art investment, establishing presence in the art community, philanthropy, and art patronage. As one of the first art advisors working in Dubai during 2005–2013, she curated distinguished private collections in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. She also brought new voices to the region, curating the regional debut shows of international artists from Germany (Carolin Kropff) and Brazil (Jessica Mein). Larissa has been on the Advisory Board since the inception of the Honolulu Biennial Foundation and now serves as global advisor to Hawai‘i Contemporary.

May Xue is an art consultant specializing in contemporary Chinese art. She is currently a consultant with K11 Art Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports emerging contemporary Chinese artists with a global perspective. At K11, she previously served as general manager of the Shenyang K11 Art Center. Prior to joining K11, she was CEO of the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art in Beijing, developing exhibition projects and maintaining long-term financial stability and independence for the museum. In March 2015, Artnet named May (Xue Mei) as one of the 7 Women You Need to Know in the Chinese Contemporary Art Circle.
